Can you tell an artisan cheese from a commercially made cheese? It may be April Fool's, but this class is no joke. Chief Educator Juhl will be at Fairfield Cheese Company on Monday, April 1st, to teach attendees how to differentiate artisan cheese from its commodity doppelgangers. She will guide you through a blind tasting of eight cheeses, equipping you with the tools to identify what makes an artisan cheese truly "artisan" and explaining they are proud to support it at Fairfield/Greenwich Cheese Company.
