Rachel Juhl, Chief Educator of Essex St Cheese, will bring a very special and varied selection of goudas to teach us about how this delicious cheese from Holland is made. And we'll be introducing our newest selection for our counter, Wilde Weide, a farmstead raw cow's milk, certified organic gouda!
The selection of five goudas for the class will, of course, be paired with delicious wines!
