From selection to affinage to education, Essex St. Cheese has been a leader in the artisan cheese industry for over a decade due to their exacting standards and dedication to tradition. And they are with us all evening to share their stories, methods, and magic.
The evening will feature a five-course menu incorporating some of Essex's most iconic cheeses along with five specially-selected wines for pairing. This is a unique opportunity to learn about cheese from milk to market... to meal.
