This presentation will educate you on the history of shepherding in the Netherlands, what Betty looks for when vetting a new producer, and how Essex is moving into new territory despite uncertain times. Live from the Netherlands, this will prove to be an informative and fun event to help you become better acquainted with the people behind the cheese.
