Cheese Shop of DSM is launching hybrid cheese classes. You can buy a ticket to be there in person or join in your pjs on Zoom. Our Chief Educator will be Zooming in to wax poetically about delicious gouda cheese from the Netherlands with a selection of our Dutch cheeses, traveling all of their luscious polders and isles…all while you’re residing comfortably in Iowa with your glass of cidre.
