Friday night tasting party with five of Europe’s most acclaimed cheesemakers in partnership with New York’s Essex Street Cheese. Together in Chicago for the first time at Pastoral’s Andersonville location, these VIP European cheese stars will showcase their acclaimed cheeses in tastings, composed small bites and drink pairings—plus take the time to personally meet and talk one-on-one with guests.
 
This cheese-centric TGIF event is open to everyone and includes stations where each featured cheese will be served by Pastoral’s guest stars—with tastes and small plates designed by Pastoral cheesemongers, optional drink pairings, plus the rare chance to meet these European cheese VIPs while they’re in town together. Guests will learn the stories of these legendary tommes, each of which is iconic in its motherland as well as around the world.
