Presented by Head of Education, Juhl of Essex St Cheese, this will be an interactive discussion on promoting cheeses made using ethical, responsible, and minimally-invasive methods from people who put the health of their animals at the forefront. Tasting through three different cheeses to highlight these methods and help professionals make an educated argument in favor of holistic agriculture.
