We are coming into town with Thassia Koster, future leader of Fromagerie L’amuse for a whirlwind tour of the West Coast but we want to kick it off with you on Monday, March 3rd. Thassia will lead a discussion about selection and affinage at Fromagerie L’amuse through the lens of Pril and Signature goudas. We’ll taste both cheeses, along with Brabander, Rispens and Wilde Weide, to discover what makes artisanal Dutch cheese so essential for your mongers and customers.
