We are coming into town with Dario Llado, head of sales of Queseria 1605, for a whirlwind tour of the Northeast but we want to kick it off with you on Monday, July 15th.  Dario will be sharing the story of the farm, the creamery, and the caves that started as a means to save the “dying” farmstead manchego and expound on where they stand today.  Then Dario and Chief Educator Juhl will guide you through a horizontal tasting of their cheeses so that you can understand the work that goes into the selection process on the farm and stateside to make sure that the cheese arrives on your counter in the best condition possible but also according to what will be the most successful with your customers.
