This presentation will educate you on the history of this classic raw milk cheese, why raw milk is important to the Italian cheese culture, and what Giorgio’s family is doing in modern times to champion these great traditions to sell the highest quality of Parmigiano Reggiano across the world. Live from his home in Bra, Italy, Giorgio will take you through his caves, all from the safety of your own home.
