Katie Park will take you on an educational and tasty journey of All Things Gouda while the team at St James Cheese will share their wine pairings for five goudas. Katie will share the stories and histories behind L'amuse Signature and Pril, Brabander, Wilde Weide and Rispens while offering context into what makes a “gouda” a “gouda”.
