Runner ups and winners of past Cheesemonger Invitational events are coming together for deep dive education from dairy farmers, cheesemakers, and affineurs around the world. Our very own Chief Educator, Rachel Juhl, will guide contestants through a deep divine into AOP Comté including rules of production and sensory analysis.
