Juhl is coming back to New York for a fun and educational industry-only event at Bedford Cheese Shop ! “Monger Mondays” is an opportunity to discuss and learn through community about different subjects that will all make our jobs more fun and successful. Juhl will be hosting a blind tasting of Essex cheeses against their common doppelgängers. The purpose? To arm mongers with vocabulary to explain to customers why there are variances in the “same” cheeses without disparaging their familiar everyday brands.

Juhl will be addressing the common “I had Manchego at a party but why does this taste so different?”, “why does everything taste like Parmesan?”, and more! Come armed with questions and an open mind.
